Salary: $147,000 - $236,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead supply chain readiness by planning and executing purchasing, supply chain, and supplier quality strategies.
- Own supply chain timeline development, managing dependencies and milestones from prototype to production.
- Conduct detailed supply chain mapping and define performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
- Build dashboards and report on supply chain readiness to leadership through succinct executive summaries.
- Represent the Global Purchasing & Supply Chain team in program meetings, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in data integrity and system automation to enhance tool and process scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in supply chain roles managing hardware development programs.
- 5+ years of experience managing supply chain setup from prototype to high-volume manufacturing.
- Proven ability to communicate complex concepts to senior executive audiences.
- Proficiency with task and schedule management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
- Advanced analytical skills using Google Sheets or Excel.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in supply chain management, business management, or a related field.
- Experience in the hardware industry (aerospace, defense, automotive, AV, or medical devices).
- Focus on safety-critical components and high-volume manufacturing environments.
