TL;DR

Lead People Partner (US): Delivering HR people programs for a defined client group, advising on complex employee relations, and driving organizational effectiveness with an accent on employment law compliance, people analytics, and AI-enabled HR insights. What you will do

  • Advise business leaders on complex talent, organization design, and culture matters.
  • Lead people strategy program delivery across performance management, engagement, and promotion cycles.
  • Diagnose team and leadership effectiveness and drive targeted organizational interventions.
  • Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
  • Track and analyze people data, using survey analysis and AI-enabled HR platforms to guide decisions.
  • Coach managers and support difficult ER, development, and performance conversations; act as an escalation point for sensitive issues.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the US (remote).
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification or MBA preferred.
  • 6–8 years of relevant HRBP/HR/people-facing experience supporting senior leaders.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance.
  • Proven experience coaching managers and managing complex employee relations.
  • Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms.
