What you will do
- Advise business leaders on complex talent, organization design, and culture matters.
- Lead people strategy program delivery across performance management, engagement, and promotion cycles.
- Diagnose team and leadership effectiveness and drive targeted organizational interventions.
- Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases while ensuring legal and policy compliance.
- Track and analyze people data, using survey analysis and AI-enabled HR platforms to guide decisions.
- Coach managers and support difficult ER, development, and performance conversations; act as an escalation point for sensitive issues.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US (remote).
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced HR certification or MBA preferred.
- 6–8 years of relevant HRBP/HR/people-facing experience supporting senior leaders.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance.
- Proven experience coaching managers and managing complex employee relations.
- Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday), reporting, and AI/survey analysis platforms.
