Salary: $155,000 to $180,000

What you will do

• Serve as a highly integrated advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.
• Assess organizational health and recommend solutions to improve performance, engagement, and retention.
• Build trusted relationships with leaders, offering counsel on leadership effectiveness and talent development.
• Drive execution of company-wide HR programs, including performance management, talent reviews, and compensation cycles.
• Partner closely with Total Rewards, Talent Management, and Finance to deliver integrated solutions across the organization.
• Model and promote a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 7 years in a senior HRBP or leadership role supporting executive teams.
• Proven success in a global, high-growth environment; experience in FinTech or Technology industries strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders, drive organizational change, and deliver strategic HR solutions.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and measure impact.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.
