TL;DR
Director, People Partners (Fintech): Leading a global team of People Partners to design and scale a multi-product, AI-enabled organization with an accent on organizational design, workforce strategy, and leadership effectiveness. Focus on translating business strategy into organizational outcomes, managing complex employee relations, and guiding the company through growth and M&A.
Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA); in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly.
Salary: $208,000 – $260,000 base salary

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a globally distributed team of People Partners.
- Partner with senior leaders to design organizations built for future growth and AI integration.
- Guide workforce planning, succession planning, and team effectiveness decisions.
- Drive talent management, performance management, and employee engagement programs.
- Manage complex employee relations cases and ensure legal compliance across all operating geographies.
- Lead the people workstream during M&A activities, from due diligence through integration.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR experience.
- 4–5 years leading HRBP or People teams in a high-growth tech or fintech environment.
- Proven track record leading global or multi-regional People Partner teams.
- Deep expertise in Employee Relations and multi-jurisdiction employment law compliance.
- Strong background in organizational design and change management.
- Must be based in the United States (E-Verify employer).
