What you will do

  • Partner with complex Centers of Excellence (COEs) to pioneer and launch innovative employee experiences across People & Places programs.
  • Analyze data and insights to drive the creation of groundbreaking programs and products.
  • Develop compelling communications, FAQs, and protocols to support employee success.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to employees and managers, navigating complex and sensitive scenarios.
  • Design and maintain essential support processes for critical situations, including natural disasters and employee hardship.
  • Lead impactful team initiatives and project workstreams with a focus on scalability and automation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of HR generalist or relevant experience.
  • Must be located in or able to work from San Diego or Mountain View, California.
  • BA degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to influence decisions.
  • Experience leading end-to-end change management workstreams and engaging stakeholders.
  • Deep domain expertise in HR/People operations with a growth mindset.
