What you will do
- Generate, manage, and expand sales opportunities across business, IT, and C-level executives in the life sciences sector.
- Manage complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing, leveraging internal and external resources.
- Apply a value-based selling approach to present products and motivate prospect interest.
- Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships within assigned accounts.
- Take full ownership of qualifying and closing opportunities to meet growth targets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of selling experience in Manufacturing, QA, or QC software/services within the CDMO or pharmaceutical area.
- 10+ years of Account Management experience with a proven ability to build relationships from cold calls to executive levels.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Willingness to travel as required for the role.
