TL;DR

Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing expansion and retention of APAC customers by developing strong relationships and aligning hirify.global’s compliance solutions with business objectives. Focus on driving net revenue expansion through mid-cycle upsells, renewals, and strategic account planning.

Location: Hybrid (Sydney, Australia) - three days a week in office

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned APAC accounts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for expansion and renewal opportunities, including negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with CSMs to monitor customer health and execute strategic communication.
  • Identify new expansion opportunities via new frameworks and security tools.
  • Forecast monthly expansion and churn while maintaining pipeline hygiene in SFDC.
  • Consult with customers to architect solutions tailored to their security and compliance goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or full-cycle sales.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).
  • Proven ability to prospect and drive expansion pipeline from existing customers.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across CS, Marketing, Enablement, and Support departments.

  • Previous experience in security and compliance.
