Location: Remote (US). Strong preference for candidates within the Nashville and Louisville markets.

Compensation: $138,000 – $230,000 (OTE for Zone 4, varies by geographic zone).

What you will do

  • Design and execute a business plan for the assigned territory to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through a mix of prospecting and channel partner collaboration.
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge to position hirify.global as the provider of choice for data security and resilience.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation to closing deals and maintaining customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Legal to ensure company standards and quota attainment.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and opportunity details within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States, with a strong preference for candidates in the Nashville or Louisville markets.
  • Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive-level interactions.
