TL;DR

Manager, Commercial Customer Success (AI): Leading a team of CSMs to scale the Commercial vertical and optimize the end-to-end customer experience with an accent on account growth and revenue expansion. Focus on executing land-and-expand strategies, managing executive-level relationships, and translating data intelligence into high-impact business outcomes.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, California

Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 Customer Success Managers.
  • Scale the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, product adoption, and implementation of best practices.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive Account Growth Strategies to increase usage, adoption, and lifetime value.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with C-level and SVP sponsors focused on ROI and strategic objectives.
  • Create internal playbooks and customer-facing thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with product teams to influence the CS roadmap based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in analytical customer-facing roles, with 3+ years leading Customer Success teams.
  • Proven track record of navigating large organizations and cultivating executive sponsorships.
  • Strong operational rigor and forecasting acumen to identify risk and growth signals.
  • Deep understanding of how data intelligence impacts GTM strategies and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA is a plus.
  • Professional background in marketing strategy.
  • Knowledge of consumer financial data, signals of wealth, and basic data science.
