Location: On-site in San Francisco, California
Salary: $155,000 - $175,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 5 Customer Success Managers.
- Scale the end-to-end customer experience, including onboarding, product adoption, and implementation of best practices.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Account Growth Strategies to increase usage, adoption, and lifetime value.
- Conduct Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with C-level and SVP sponsors focused on ROI and strategic objectives.
- Create internal playbooks and customer-facing thought leadership content.
- Collaborate with product teams to influence the CS roadmap based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in analytical customer-facing roles, with 3+ years leading Customer Success teams.
- Proven track record of navigating large organizations and cultivating executive sponsorships.
- Strong operational rigor and forecasting acumen to identify risk and growth signals.
- Deep understanding of how data intelligence impacts GTM strategies and digital marketing.
- Proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university; MBA is a plus.
- Professional background in marketing strategy.
- Knowledge of consumer financial data, signals of wealth, and basic data science.
