TL;DR
Account Manager (Renewals): Managing customer relationships and driving retention strategies for a dedicated portfolio of clients with an accent on negotiation, contract management, and customer satisfaction. Focus on analyzing health data to identify growth opportunities and ensuring long-term value realization for clients within the PE/VC marketplace.
Location: Must be based in Seattle, Washington, USA. This role is onsite 5 days a week.
Salary: $105,000 base + $25,000 variable commission.

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a dedicated portfolio of clients via in-person meetings, phone, and email.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly retention and sales goals while providing high-quality support.
- Negotiate renewal terms to align with customer needs and company objectives.
- Manage escalations regarding contract questions and service requests.
- Analyze customer health and usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improved adoption.
- Maintain a rolling 90-day renewal forecast and document all client interactions in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role, sales, or account management.
- Proven ability to close deals and manage the end-to-end renewal process.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Nice to have
- Interest in the PE/VC marketplace.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
