TL;DR
Account Executive (LegalTech): Driving sales and expanding partnerships within large law firms for an AI-driven legal software portfolio with an accent on relationship management and strategic account planning. Focus on navigating complex organizational structures, evangelizing innovative technology solutions, and meeting aggressive metric-based quota goals.
Location: Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, New York City, Philadelphia, New Jersey, Raleigh, or Toronto. Employees are expected to work from the office at least three days a week.
Salary: $185,000–$275,000 OTE (for residents of CA, CO, CT, IL, MD, NV, NJ, NY, OH, RI, or WA).

What you will do
- Build and maintain credibility as a trusted advisor with C-suite and senior leaders at large global law firms.
- Understand customer objectives and articulate the value of AI-driven legal technology trends.
- Develop and execute detailed account plans to expand relationships and drive partnership growth.
- Aggressively prospect into existing customer accounts to identify and close cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events to influence and generate new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Must reside within commuting distance of a designated office hub (Austin, Boston, Chicago, Denver, NYC, Philadelphia, NJ, Raleigh, or Toronto).
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and influence decision-making processes.
- Experience building credibility with C-suite and senior leadership.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Strong desire to evangelize technology solutions to solve complex business problems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment while meeting quota goals.
