What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for law firm clients, owning the relationship from start to finish.
  • Coordinate scheduling, reschedules, and service additions to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Proactively resolve issues and handle high-priority requests with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on strategic accounts and client handoffs.
  • Track and optimize key performance indicators including retention rate and churn.
  • Utilize cloud-based tools like Google Workspace and Slack for internal operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience.
  • Experience in legal services or a similar relationship-driven industry.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of meeting KPI-driven goals such as retention, churn, and SLAs.
  • Ability to communicate and influence executive leadership.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
