What you will do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the COO, surfacing risks and ensuring decisions are grounded in data and correct framing.
• Prepare high-stakes materials, including board presentations, executive reviews, and cross-functional negotiations.
• Own the organizational operating rhythm, including monthly/quarterly business reviews, leadership forums, and annual planning cycles.
• Identify and resolve alignment gaps and accountability issues across a wide portfolio of functions (Legal, Security, Marketing, Product, etc.).
• Unblock cross-functional friction by convening the right stakeholders and clarifying decision rights.
• Translate strategic intent into actionable direction for teams operating across diverse functions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech companies.
• Must be based in the United States (employment available in 34 states).
• MBA or equivalent qualification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to influence complex stakeholders without formal authority.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build compelling strategic decks.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and judgment when handling sensitive information.
