What you will do

  • Own the full commercial revenue line for North America, including new logo growth, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
  • Design and implement GTM architecture, including territory segmentation, coverage models, and pipeline health standards.
  • Lead and scale a commercial team of approximately 15 professionals, defining career tracks and performance standards.
  • Partner with Marketing to define demand generation agendas and campaign alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product leadership to influence the GTM-facing roadmap based on institutional client needs.
  • Manage annual headcount planning, quota design, and compensation architecture.

Requirements

  • 15+ years in B2B enterprise sales, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role owning a P&L.
  • Deep domain knowledge in institutional investment management, including asset managers, hedge funds, and family offices.
  • Proven track record scaling revenue in a hybrid SaaS and services model.
  • Experience building or rebuilding sales organizations, including designing compensation and territory models.
  • Executive presence with the ability to engage at the C-suite and investment committee level.
  • Must be based in or able to work from New York, New York.
