TL;DR

Location: Must be based in New York (Hybrid)

Salary: $200,000–$220,000

What you will do

  • Lead strategic transformation initiatives to improve GTM effectiveness and scalability.
  • Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to increase commercial productivity.
  • Drive commercial excellence programs including forecasting, pipeline health, and performance management.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for new product launches and market expansion.
  • Build frameworks and reporting to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
  • Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to remove barriers to growth.

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, business operations, or revenue operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets or the debt markets ecosystem.
  • Background in a customer-facing, quota-carrying commercial role.
  • Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and driving measurable business impact.
  • Ability to drive alignment across teams without relying on formal authority.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to influence decisions using data.
