What you will do
- Lead strategic transformation initiatives to improve GTM effectiveness and scalability.
- Identify and implement AI-driven opportunities to increase commercial productivity.
- Drive commercial excellence programs including forecasting, pipeline health, and performance management.
- Ensure organizational readiness for new product launches and market expansion.
- Build frameworks and reporting to support data-driven decision-making for leadership.
- Partner across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to remove barriers to growth.
Requirements
- Experience in strategy, business operations, or revenue operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS or fintech company.
- Strong understanding of capital markets or the debt markets ecosystem.
- Background in a customer-facing, quota-carrying commercial role.
- Track record of leading large-scale transformation programs and driving measurable business impact.
- Ability to drive alignment across teams without relying on formal authority.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to influence decisions using data.
