What you will do
- Foster collaborative communication between investment teams and non-investment departments including accounting, compliance, and technology.
- Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
- Maintain and communicate PM budgets while managing personnel and expense data.
- Drive large-scale infrastructure projects across risk, valuation systems, and execution platforms.
- Prioritize workstreams across various PM teams to ensure a unified operational approach.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial services role.
- Proven track record in project management of large, multi-departmental initiatives.
- Experience interacting with investment personnel and front-office trading technology.
- Deep understanding of the multi-manager hedge-fund environment.
- Knowledge of systematic investing, electronic trading, or global market structure.
- Strong operational excellence with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
