What you will do

  • Foster collaborative communication between investment teams and non-investment departments including accounting, compliance, and technology.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new Portfolio Managers and Analysts.
  • Maintain and communicate PM budgets while managing personnel and expense data.
  • Drive large-scale infrastructure projects across risk, valuation systems, and execution platforms.
  • Prioritize workstreams across various PM teams to ensure a unified operational approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar financial services role.
  • Proven track record in project management of large, multi-departmental initiatives.
  • Experience interacting with investment personnel and front-office trading technology.
  • Deep understanding of the multi-manager hedge-fund environment.
  • Knowledge of systematic investing, electronic trading, or global market structure.
  • Strong operational excellence with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
