What you will do

• Identify and scale high-performing demand generation channels and distribution motions to produce predictable pipeline.
• Build AI-native infrastructure for enrichment and workflows using tools like Clay and n8n to automate manual operations.
• Own end-to-end execution of focused work streams and high-priority projects scoped with the Chief of Staff.
• Develop and document repeatable playbooks to scale winning strategies across the organization.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured research, clear recommendations, and running programs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York City for a hybrid work arrangement
• High agency and extreme sense of ownership with a strong bias to action.
• Strong technical and analytical skills to inform strategy and pressure-test assumptions using metrics.
• AI-native mindset with the ability to leverage AI tools to optimize functional workflows.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and act decisively to form and execute a point of view.
