What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders to ensure project alignment and clear objectives.
• Manage project intake, scope definition, and prioritization for digital campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, dependencies, and approval workflows using Workfront.
• Facilitate agile sprint planning and retrospectives to drive process improvements.
• Identify and escalate risks or blockers to ensure on-time delivery of digital assets.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure teams are effectively staffed and aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, project management, or production workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Workfront, Asana, Trello, or Jira.
• Understanding of web, email, mobile, and app marketing production workflows.
• Must be able to work from the office a minimum of four days per week.
