What you will do
- Oversee the post-sale operational workflow for complex custom podcast advertising campaigns from IO to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams including ad operations, sales, and podcast leads to ensure timely and accurate execution.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for podcast partners, providing a best-in-class experience throughout the campaign lifecycle.
- Diagnose campaign issues, track implementation, and identify opportunities for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain creative briefs, scripts, and client-facing documentation for integrated campaigns.
- Provide weekly status updates on live ad campaigns to business owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements
- Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
- 3+ years of experience in media operations, campaign management, or post-sale production.
- Deep understanding of the podcast and digital video advertising industry.
- Expert proficiency in MS-Office, Monday.com, Google Suite, and JIRA.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage difficult conversations and partner expectations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
