What you will do

  • Prospect into target accounts via phone, email, and social media to generate qualified meetings.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and the website into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Conduct structured discovery to ensure high-quality hand-offs to the field sales team.
  • Partner with the marketing team to refine outreach campaigns and messaging based on field feedback.
  • Manage and report on weekly and monthly activity metrics to maintain a predictable pipeline.
  • Execute a high cadence of personalized outreach across multiple channels.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Dallas, Texas
  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, Inside Sales, or similar XDR role.
  • Hands-on experience with cold calling, video, email, and social media outreach.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding activity and meeting quotas.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of the full SDR process from initial contact to conversion.
