TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (IT): Generating qualified leads and initiating conversations with C-level executives to drive adoption of cybersecurity and digital transformation solutions with an accent on outbound prospecting and lead conversion. Focus on executing high-volume cold calling strategies, leveraging intent data, and orchestrating discovery calls for Account Executives.

Location: Onsite in Scottsdale, Arizona. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $55,000–$70,000

What you will do

  • Drive lead conversion by navigating prospects through the sales pipeline and connecting them with Account Executives.
  • Strategically target and secure discovery meetings with VP- and C-level executives.
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, including 150+ daily dials and targeted omnichannel outreach.
  • Achieve monthly targets of 20+ completed and qualified sales meetings.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and schedule timely follow-ups using Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably within the technology sector.
  • Proven track record in outbound cold calling and crafting messaging for C-suite decision makers.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as SalesLoft, 6sense, Outreach, or Orum.
  • Strong understanding of IT, cybersecurity, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
