TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Generating and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead nurturing with an accent on high-volume cold calling and lead qualification. Focus on building a healthy pipeline for Account Executives and identifying decision-makers within target markets.

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

What you will do

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest level.
  • Schedule qualified meetings and live passes for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate and organized activity tracking within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and cadences.
  • Research and identify potential prospects within assigned markets or verticals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and resilience in handling objections.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis without current or future sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and prospecting tools.
