TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Cybersecurity): Generating sales pipeline through multi-channel prospecting in new and existing accounts with an accent on cold calling, emailing, and social outreach. Focus on identifying business challenges for prospective customers and strategically collaborating with Account Executives to drive business growth.

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, ON or Austin, TX (approx. 3 days per week in-office). Must be based in Canada or the USA.

Salary: $61,000 – $85,000 USD (USA) / $63,000 – $88,000 CAD (Canada) + commission.

What you will do

  • Generate sales pipeline via multi-channel prospecting including emails, cold calling, video, and social outreach.
  • Strategically prospect into new accounts in close collaboration with Account Executives and Managers.
  • Research and identify business initiatives and challenges faced by prospective customers and key decision makers.
  • Utilize an industry-leading tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach, 6sense, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experiment with creative outbound tactics and strategies to optimize prospecting results.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of professional experience in prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Strong proficiency using Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX or Toronto, ON offices.
  • Strong motivation and goal-oriented approach with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
