TL;DR

Account Manager (HRtech): Managing a portfolio of up to 150 accounts to drive retention and revenue growth with an accent on relationship building and quota attainment. Focus on executing renewal cycles, identifying expansion opportunities through consultative selling, and conducting strategic business reviews.

Location: Remote anywhere in Canada (preferably EST/CST USA time zone)

Salary: $70,000 – $80,000 Annually CAD

What you will do

  • Own a portfolio of up to 150 accounts, driving retention, expansion, and achieving defined upsell and cross-sell targets.
  • Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle, including forecasting and negotiation.
  • Identify and close growth opportunities within the client base through consultative selling and solution positioning.
  • Conduct regular account and business reviews to assess client health and demonstrate measurable value.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and account data in Salesforce and provide reliable forecasts to leadership.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Support, Training, Marketing, Services, and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Management, sales, or a client-facing revenue role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a large account portfolio (100+ accounts).
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
