Salary: CAD $72,000–$108,000 plus sales commission

What you will do
- Manage a dynamic portfolio of SMB customers to drive retention, loyalty, and account expansion.
- Utilize usage data and firmographics to identify the next best action and deepen product adoption.
- Conduct consultative discovery and value-based demos to connect customer challenges to measurable ROI.
- Prioritize a pipeline of upsells and add-ons to consistently achieve MRR targets.
- Integrate AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and optimize daily operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to share customer insights and source testimonial stories.
Requirements
- Experience in high-volume, quota-carrying tech sales roles such as AE, AM, or CSM.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding revenue and expansion targets.
- Strong proficiency with CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- Ability to lead deep discovery and confidently handle customer objections.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid environment in Toronto or Saskatoon.
- Experience using AI tools to automate workflows and increase productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience with restaurant technology such as POS, payroll, or inventory management.
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in Spanish or French.
