Compensation: $192,100 – $226,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Own the global people agenda for the CRO function, including org design, workforce planning, and headcount strategy.
• Proactively identify organizational challenges and capability gaps within the revenue team.
• Set and maintain high performance standards, driving calibration and coaching managers through complex conversations.
• Build management capability for first-time and early-tenure leaders operating at scale.
• Manage complex employee relations, restructurings, and multi-jurisdictional employment topics.
• Act as the primary bridge between the revenue function and wider People teams like Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards.

Requirements

• Must have significant experience in a senior HRBP or People Partner role within a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise tech environment.
• Solid working knowledge of New York employment law is required.
• Proven track record as a trusted advisor to senior revenue leadership.
• Deep expertise in org design, performance management, leadership development, and compensation.
• Ability to build structure from scratch and thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Strong bias toward action and confidence in challenging senior stakeholders.
