TL;DR

Media Manager (Marketing): Leading the planning and execution of integrated media campaigns for theatrical releases across Canada with an accent on data-driven strategy and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on managing complex advertising timelines, coordinating with external agencies, and optimizing performance across digital, social, and traditional media channels.

Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the office.

Salary: CAD 85,000 - CAD 100,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across social, digital, programmatic, CTV, linear, and OOH channels.
  • Oversee critical paths and timelines to ensure all creative assets are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute high-impact marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive digital and social media strategies.
  • Support broader team initiatives and contribute to campaign development as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an advertising agency, client organization, or motion picture studio.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Strong understanding of media planning and integrated marketing campaign application.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or an adjacent field.
  • Must be able to work on-site in Toronto 4 days per week.
