What you will do
- Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of complex global events, managing timelines, logistics, and vendors.
- Develop and execute event strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue targets to ensure measurable ROI.
- Design and scale company-owned experiences, including executive roundtables and client forums.
- Negotiate commercial contracts and manage multi-region budgets with cost efficiency.
- Implement structured activation plans and produce detailed performance reports to optimize future strategy.
Requirements
- Experience in global B2B event planning within enterprise SaaS, fintech, or high-growth tech environments.
- Expertise in revenue marketing strategy, pipeline generation, and attribution modelling.
- Strong proficiency in event operations, logistics planning, and vendor oversight.
- Proven ability in commercial contract negotiation and financial management for multi-region initiatives.
- Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
- Location: Must be based in Toronto, Canada
