What you will do

  • Own campaign strategy and execution across acquisition, onboarding, adoption, and expansion lifecycle stages.
  • Design multi-channel campaigns across email, web, and in-product surfaces aligned with Marketing and Customer Success priorities.
  • Build scalable lifecycle programs based on audience segmentation and behavioral signals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Sales to align messaging and targeting across the customer journey.
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance strategy, segmentation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance, reporting on engagement, pipeline influence, and downstream impact.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, campaign strategy, or digital engagement, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of designing multi-channel campaigns tied to pipeline or revenue outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven targeting and optimization.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools in a professional context.
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada

Nice to have

  • Experience with full-funnel campaign strategy, including demand generation.
  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and intent data platforms.
  • Experience with digital experience platforms or web personalization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
