What you will do

• Direct program performance across technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects.
• Manage planned contract revenue, billable utilization, and gross margin achievement.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships to understand needs and drive innovation.
• Oversee contractual obligations and manage the output of subcontracting partners.
• Lead and mentor team members, handling hiring, performance management, and professional development.
• Identify program risks and implement timely mitigation techniques.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects.
• PMP and/or ITIL certification.
• Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist).
• Prior government or government contracting experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
