What you will do

• Project manage end-to-end delivery for product launches, marketing campaigns, and web initiatives.
• Build and maintain workback schedules, dependency trackers, and launch readiness plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and alignment.
• Manage project intake, prioritization, and issue tracking using tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Implement standardized processes, SLAs, and launch playbooks to improve operational best practices.
• Ensure all web deliverables meet quality, accessibility, privacy, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in technical project or program management, specifically for web or digital initiatives.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholder communication across cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and SDLC processes.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, ClickUp, Wrike, Jira, or Azure DevOps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.
• Work authorization and residency in the United States (based on provided benefits and US-specific salary data).

• Experience with CMS platforms and web publishing workflows.
• Background supporting large-scale product launches or high-visibility web properties.
• Experience creating operational documentation, SLAs, and go/no-go processes.
