Salary: $137,800–$170,000

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Ads Engineering initiatives from intake to launch.
• Coordinate across multiple engineering teams to ensure cohesive execution of ad-serving systems and data pipelines.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Apply architectural literacy to identify downstream impacts and mitigate platform risks.
• Drive operational excellence by improving intake, prioritization, and release processes.
• Serve as the connective layer between Engineering, Product, Quality, and Operations.

Requirements

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• 5+ years of technical program management experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Significant experience in advertising technology, including ad-serving, real-time bidding, and monetization platforms.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale platform architecture.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional programs with multiple engineering teams.
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
