Salary: $100,000–$120,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Generate new business through a combination of outbound calls, emails, and inbound leads.
  • Conduct high-quality, tailored product demos to communicate platform value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners and decision-makers.
  • Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the team by sharing market insights to refine messaging and product direction.

Requirements

  • Must have 2+ years of experience in SMB sales, business development, or as an Account Executive.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in high-velocity environments.
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills with the ability to own the full cycle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when interacting with business owners.
  • Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously with high levels of organization.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in SaaS, marketplaces, or payment industries.
  • Familiarity with the beauty, wellness, or local services sectors.
