What you will do

  • Evangelize the hirify.global Platform and Agentic vision to the partner community to accelerate revenue growth.
  • Develop coordinated go-to-market (GTM) strategies specifically for Financial Services and Insurance verticals.
  • Build and enable an ecosystem of Enterprise Partners ready to adopt automation software.
  • Manage the quarterly sales funnel from opportunity development through deal closure and service delivery.
  • Utilize SFDC reporting to quantitatively articulate and manage the Enterprise Partner Business.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success to align partner activities.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Partner Management or Director-level leadership.
  • Industry knowledge and focus on Financial Services and Insurance space.
  • Proven track record of rapidly growing a GTM channel organization in a high-growth startup environment.
  • Experience in strategic planning, owning sales targets, and managing sales forecasting.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Must be located in or able to work from New York.
