What you will do

• Own expansion ARR and NRR across a portfolio of high-potential enterprise customers.
• Hunt and close select new enterprise logos with long-term durable ARR potential.
• Lead executive-level conversations regarding AI value, governance, and business outcomes.
• Navigate complex enterprise organizations to build multi-threaded relationships with C-level stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers and Product teams to ensure successful delivery of complex expansions.
• Maintain rigorous forecast ownership and provide high-integrity communication on deal risks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Proven track record of elite performance in enterprise sales roles.
• Deep experience with modern sales frameworks like MEDDPICC and value-based selling.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including ability to read balance sheets and understand enterprise buying centers.
• Ability to lead deals through procurement, legal, and security reviews.
• High emotional intelligence and humility as a core operating principle.
