TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Medtech): Generating high-quality net new opportunities with enterprise employers and consultants with an accent on strategic cold calling and personalized outreach. Focus on driving leads for virtual medical services and securing meetings with C-suite executives and benefits leaders.

Location: Must be based in the continental United States

Compensation: Base $70,000 – $80,000; OTE $115,000 – $130,000 + Equity

hirify.global is a leading virtual medical practice providing comprehensive care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause.

What you will do

  • Generate high-quality net new opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to formulate value-driven messaging and collateral.
  • Secure meetings with employer buyers, ranging from benefits leaders to C-suite executives.
  • Develop and manage tracking and reporting dashboards within Salesforce.
  • Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Travel for industry conferences as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of successful outbound sales or lead generation experience, preferably within SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to craft persuasive and engaging emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone conversations.
  • Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
  • Must be located in the continental US.
