Location: Must be based in the continental United States
Compensation: Base $70,000 – $80,000; OTE $115,000 – $130,000 + Equity

is a leading virtual medical practice providing comprehensive care for women and children across pregnancy, postpartum, pediatrics, and menopause.
What you will do
- Generate high-quality net new opportunities through strategic cold calling, personalized email sequences, and social selling.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to formulate value-driven messaging and collateral.
- Secure meetings with employer buyers, ranging from benefits leaders to C-suite executives.
- Develop and manage tracking and reporting dashboards within Salesforce.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Travel for industry conferences as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful outbound sales or lead generation experience, preferably within SaaS.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to craft persuasive and engaging emails, LinkedIn messages, and phone conversations.
- Experience using Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting and outreach.
- Must be located in the continental US.
