TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (Digital Marketing): Generating leads and qualifying prospects for the Legal or Home Service sales teams with an accent on outbound outreach and pipeline management. Location: Must be based in or within commuting distance of Dallas, TX (working in office 4-5 days a week)

Salary: $65,000 – $85,000 (Total compensation)

What you will do

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Conduct strategic outbound calls and emails daily to maintain a consistent lead pipeline.
  • Align hirify.global's digital marketing solutions with prospects' business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and schedule demos.
  • Manage prospect data accurately within Salesforce CRM.
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas for appointments and deals closed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in sales or a similar role.
  • Must live within commuting distance of the Dallas office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to persevere and excel in a quota-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
