TL;DR

Inside Sales Consultant (Healthcare): Prospecting new healthcare practices and building relationships over the phone to identify and secure new clients with an accent on high-volume outbound calling and lead qualification. Focus on scheduling appointments for Account Executives and meeting productivity and sales revenue metrics.

Location: Must be based in the U.S. and available to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm Pacific Time.

Salary: Base $45,000 annually; total compensation averages $65,000–$85,000 with commissions.

What you will do

  • Perform 75+ outbound calls daily to healthcare practices across the U.S.
  • Identify decision-makers and discuss marketing services to determine interest and fit.
  • Schedule daily appointments for Account Executives to close.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure prospect attendance at appointments.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of digital marketing and product fundamentals.
  • Meet established productivity and sales revenue metrics.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • Must be available to work Mon-Fri 7am-4pm Pacific Time.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly build rapport and handle objections.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and cold calling.
  • 6 months or more work experience in an entry-level sales role.
  • Must have high-speed internet.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Degree in Business Administration or Communications.
