Salary: $81,499 – $138,549

What you will do

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Support data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity.
• Collaborate with architects to integrate ServiceNow with external systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to validate functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical documentation and support end-user training for implemented solutions.

Requirements

• US Citizenship required for federal contract compliance.
• Must reside and work within the United States.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS Public Trust clearance.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 1+ years of experience implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.

Nice to have

• Experience with CSM or ITSM modules.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology.
• Knowledge of App Engine and Service Portal customization.
