What you will do

• Design, prototype, implement, and deploy business rules and technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop custom integration components and connect legacy systems using mid-server and web technologies.
• Configure and implement HRSD, Employee Center Pro, Integration Hub, and Performance Analytics.
• Maintain documentation for platform operations and software development life cycle processes.
• Assist system administrators with incident resolution and support business analysts with release estimation.
• Participate in the full software development life cycle including analysis, coding, and testing.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience with ServiceNow development, database design, and workflow configuration.
• Proficiency in web technologies including JavaScript, XML, HTML, and Web Services.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting Intelligence, DoD, or DHS customers.
• SQL experience.
• Single Sign-on (SSO) configuration and administration experience.
