What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of top-tier fitness and wellness partners via strategic upselling and retention.
• Spend 70-80% of time in the field conducting in-person visits, drop-ins, and meetings.
• Proactively identify partner pain points and position hirify.global solutions to drive mutual value.
• Build and maintain a strong local presence within the regional fitness and wellness community.
• Exceed monthly upsell and engagement goals through creative and urgent execution.
• Coordinate with support teams to handle transactional casework for partners.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including field sales.
• Must be based in or have deep knowledge of the Boston regional fitness and wellness market.
• Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding performance quotas.
• Strong negotiation skills with a solutions-first approach.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools.
• Ability to handle frequent regional travel, including overnight stays.
