What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value fitness and wellness partners through strategic upselling and retention initiatives.
  • Spend 70-80% of your time in the field, conducting frequent in-person visits and meetings across the region.
  • Identify partner pain points and position ClassPass solutions to drive mutual value.
  • Build a strong local presence and professional network within the regional fitness and wellness community.
  • Exceed monthly upsell and engagement goals by acting with urgency and creativity.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or account management experience, including specific field sales experience.
  • Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas and performance goals.
  • Deep knowledge of the regional fitness and wellness market with active professional connections.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and Microsoft tools for pipeline management.
