What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of global tax strategy aligned with business objectives and shareholder value.
• Advise executive leadership on mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and international expansion.
• Design and implement tax-efficient global operating and legal entity structures.
• Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and treasury teams to evaluate strategic initiatives.
• Monitor global legislative developments and define proactive response strategies.
• Manage enterprise-level tax risk, governance, and controversy strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance required.
• CPA designation or State Bar admission required.
• 15+ years of progressive international tax experience in a multinational corporation or Big Four firm.
• Proven ability to advise senior leadership on business expansion and complex financing structures.
• Demonstrated experience building and developing collaborative tax teams.

Nice to have

• Master of Science in Taxation (MST), JD, or LLM in Taxation.
• Deep understanding of global tax policy trends and cross-border tax considerations.
