What you will do
- Lead the development and execution of global tax strategy aligned with business objectives and shareholder value.
- Advise executive leadership on mergers and acquisitions, capital allocation, and international expansion.
- Design and implement tax-efficient global operating and legal entity structures.
- Partner cross-functionally with finance, legal, and treasury teams to evaluate strategic initiatives.
- Monitor global legislative developments and define proactive response strategies.
- Manage enterprise-level tax risk, governance, and controversy strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or Finance required.
- CPA designation or State Bar admission required.
- 15+ years of progressive international tax experience in a multinational corporation or Big Four firm.
- Proven ability to advise senior leadership on business expansion and complex financing structures.
- Demonstrated experience building and developing collaborative tax teams.
Nice to have
- Master of Science in Taxation (MST), JD, or LLM in Taxation.
- Deep understanding of global tax policy trends and cross-border tax considerations.
