What you will do

• Manage and review federal and multi-state income tax returns.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual ASC 740 tax provision calculations.
• Assist with tax-related financial disclosures for SEC filings.
• Partner with external auditors and tax advisors on deliverables.
• Support international tax compliance and intercompany transactions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred).
• 5–8+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting or public companies.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740 income tax accounting.
• Experience with multi-entity, consolidated tax environments and SOX controls.
• Proficiency with tax technology tools like Workday or OneSource.

Nice to have

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Exposure to automation and AI-enabled finance transformation.
