Salary: $110,000 - $185,000 Annual

What you will do
- Deliver a centralized Finance Governance Model and standardize execution of enterprise-wide governance programs.
- Lead issue, incident management, and customer remediation across the Finance organization.
- Enforce standard issue documentation and analyze root causes and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and represent Finance's views on complex ownership and support issues.
- Produce monthly and periodic status reports for Finance Management and second-line-of-defense committees.
- Support the development of finance-specific policies, procedures, and training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 6+ years of experience in regulated Financial Services.
- 4+ years of experience in a governance-related role.
- Finance qualification such as a CPA.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required; no visa sponsorship provided.
- Ability and flexibility to travel for business as required.
Nice to have
- 10+ years of experience in Governance, Risk and Control roles.
- Experience in Internal or External Audit.
- Strong expertise in leading large group meetings and presenting to Risk Committees.
- Deep understanding of Finance systems and processes.
