What you will do

• Own end-to-end analysis of the consumer subscriptions ecosystem, including acquisition, conversion, retention, churn, and revenue.
• Build and maintain high-impact dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time visibility into key metrics.
• Perform deep statistical analysis and A/B testing to quantify the impact of new features, offers, and market expansions.
• Identify growth opportunities and user behavior patterns to influence engineering, product, and business strategy.
• Design and run automated monitoring systems and audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance at scale.
• Write efficient SQL and Python code to extract and transform complex datasets from multiple sources.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a data analyst or equivalent with a track record in revenue, subscription, or growth analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (specifically pandas and numpy).
• Deep experience with statistical methods, cohort analysis, and causal inference.
• Strong familiarity with subscription metrics such as LTV, churn, retention, and conversion.
• Skill in building intuitive dashboards using tools like Looker, Tableau, or Metabase.
• Must be based in New York, NY or Palo Alto, CA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in consumer subscriptions, billing, payments, or monetization analytics at scale.
• Experience working with BigQuery and real-time analytics pipelines.
• Strong product intuition to connect data insights directly to business outcomes.
