Salary: $220,000 – $335,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Partner with the GTM team to identify high-impact analytics problems and implement data-driven solutions.
• Define, track, and operationalize key business metrics to establish a data-driven culture.
• Lead cross-functional data projects focusing on revenue, pricing, and usage.
• Build scalable pipelines for data collection and cleaning, managing the lifecycle from prototype to production.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Tableau and Looker to enable independent data analysis.
• Communicate complex insights to leadership through presentations and memos.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a relevant data role within outcome-driven organizations.
• Expert-level SQL skills for extracting large datasets and designing ETL workflows.
• Proficiency in Python for quantitative programming and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker.
• Ability to independently own ambiguous business problems and drive execution.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with custom visualization tools like Streamlit or Plotly Dash.
• Proven track record of delivering business impact within Finance, Sales, or Support domains.
