What you will do

• Develop and maintain trusted data models and semantic layers to improve AI-generated analysis accuracy.
• Apply advanced analytics methods to extract actionable insights across Product, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives for senior leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to advocate for and implement data-informed decision-making.
• Standardize internal data processes and develop innovative practices within the team.
• Collaborate with a growing data team to foster a high-documentation, low-meeting culture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Americas to align with operational requirements.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL with a focus on well-architected, documented, and performant models.
• Experience with at least one BI or visualization platform like Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Mode.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for articulating technical and business impact.
• Ability to work critically alongside AI tools and evaluate AI-generated outputs.
• Structured approach to exploratory analysis with an MVP mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with B2B software products.
• Proficiency in dbt, Sigma, and Snowflake.
• Programming experience in Python or R.
