What you will do

• Build and maintain core performance dashboards for card activation, spend volume, and retention metrics.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and aggregate data from Snowflake.
• Investigate data anomalies and communicate findings clearly to product and finance stakeholders.
• Develop reusable data models and reporting assets to ensure long-term data reliability.
• Support A/B testing and product experiments by designing analytical frameworks and interpreting results.
• Collaborate with data hirify.globalering teams to validate pipeline outputs and improve data quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics or a related quantitative function.
• Advanced SQL skills including complex joins, aggregations, and window functions.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on documentation and data accuracy.
• Ability to present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services analytics.
• Familiarity with dbt and working alongside analytics hirify.globalering teams.
