Salary: $210,000 – $260,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Design and maintain canonical datasets that serve as sources of truth for safety metrics.
• Develop data products such as dashboards, reports, and agent-enabled workflows for independent stakeholder analysis.
• Partner with Engineering, Research, and Data Science to design intuitive ways to consume complex safety metrics.
• Ensure analytics and visualizations are accurate and user-friendly using UX principles.
• Advocate for data quality, consistency, and reliability across all analytics products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant data role within dynamic organizations.
• High proficiency in SQL and extensive experience designing ETL workflows.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Looker to enable self-serve insights.
• Ability to independently own ambiguous, high-impact business problems.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with researchers, engineers, and executives.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience in trust and safety, integrity, or anti-abuse fields.
• Familiarity with advanced custom visualizations like Streamlit and Plotly Dash.
• Prior experience in NLP, large language models (LLMs), or generative AI.
• Experience building data products for a broad range of stakeholders.
